The Slay system is a one on one or small group training session that helps you build long, lean muscles and a dancer-like body.


Work on specific areas that you really want to target, lift that booty, sculpt the mid-section or tone the upper and lower body. All this in one super fun workout that helps build a healthy mind and body that is constantly progressive so you never get bored or plateau.


The Slay System uses light weights, resistance bands, balls, and other useful tools that get your entire body working to build the smaller stabiliser muscles alongside the main muscle groups. Along with the resistance work you will be put through a calorie-burning cardio blast to get the endorphins flooding the body and make you feel amazing.
